Rex Kipongi, MD |
As the year 2022 comes to an end tonight, I just want to share about FORGIVENESS! Rex Kipogi, MD Each of us have our own memories of Yr 2022, positives and negatives, achievements and challenges - all part of experiences in this life's journey.
For me, 2022 has been a successful year. Achieved a lot in NAC. Successfully delivered three Airports - Momote, Vanimo and recently Kavienunder CADIP Phase 1 and successfully negotiated CADIP Phase 2. Above all, restored CONFIDENCE and brought STABILITY in NAC. These were milestone achievements for staff and the organisation. These are among many impacts projects delivered in NAC in this year 2022 under my leadership.
I thank the Board of Directors for the cooperation and their full support in achieving these positive results this year. I also thank the Senior Management for their tireless efforts and inputs in the organisation that led to positive growth and achievements in NAC in FY 2022. Terminal Buildings for other airports will all be completed in Qtr 1, 2023.
However, situation have changed and I am now on suspension for 3 months.
It's natural to feel bitter or develop grudges when you are hurt by someone or people. As bitterness builds inside of you, it's usually followed by a swarm of other emotions - feelings of anger, resentment and rejection accompanied by a desire for revenge.
Toxic emotions don't change the situation or the person that hurt you. As you allow them to take over, they do change you, hurting you far more than the other person. And it doesn't stop there. When bitterness and resentment take control, they can spill over and infect others.
That is why bitterness is poison.
So develop a character to FORGIVE PERSON OR PEOPLE WHO DO EVIL THINGS AGAINST YOU. Free yourself from prison of resentments and forgive. Forgiveness is a recipe for blessings.
As we approach the new yr 2023, I FORGIVE THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE ORCHESTRATED THE MOVE TO INTENTIONALLY DISPLACED ME, AND BROUGHT ME INTO THIS SITUATION.
I did my part in Nation Building in the Aviation Industry during my two years in NAC.
I will wait, and in waiting...You are all FORGIVEN!
Happy New Year 2023.
